The service allows Telecom operators, organizations and entrepreneurs to deploy public call offices in remote areas for pre-paid International calls as well as Internet services.

The service leverages Alldean’s existing infrastructure, including a hub in Africa and a gateway in Europe, and covers all technological issues, space segment costs, engineering,
maintenance and power concerns. The service is based on an advanced prepaid platform, which utilizes prepaid calling cards supplied by Alldean.

By installing a low cost shared VSAT anywhere in Africa, you will now be able to serve customers with both International calls and Internet browsing. The VSAT voice service is optimized for the satellite environment, allowing for extremely high quality compared to other technologies being used over satellite.

Telecom operators can use Alldean services to deploy a VSAT network anywhere in Africa, avoiding the capital investment involved with the deployment of hub and Earth station infrastructure. Telecom operators can also deploy a satellite gateway connected to the PSTN for mesh, single hop domestic calls.

Private organizations and entrepreneurs can deploy low-cost remote public call offices to provide International calls as well as Internet services for the public in remote areas.
